Speak2Me ("Speak2Me," "we," "our," and/or "us") is operated by Developer Branded LLC, a Nevada S-Corporation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use our website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.
What We Do NOT Do
- We do NOT train AI models on your data. Your conversations, journal entries, study sessions, facts, and voice recordings are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning models, whether ours or any third party's.
- We do NOT sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
- We do NOT share your content with other users. Your conversations, facts, profile, and study materials are visible only to you.
- We do NOT use your data for advertising.
Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo through your chosen authentication method.
Voice and Audio Data. When you use voice features, your audio is streamed in real time to third-party voice processing providers for transcription and speech generation. We store the resulting text transcripts. We may also store audio data as needed to provide and improve the Services.
Conversation Transcripts. We store the text transcripts of your sessions, including both your messages and AI responses.
Facts and Profile Data. Our system extracts facts from your conversations (such as names, relationships, preferences, and goals) and stores them to provide you with personalized responses.
Study Mode Content. If you create custom study topics, we store the content you provide. This content is used to deliver personalized study sessions.
Embeddings. We generate vector embeddings of your content for semantic search within your own data.
Payment Information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details on our servers.
Communications. If you contact us for support, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
B. Information We Collect Automatically
Device and Browser Information. We collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type.
Usage Information. We collect information about how you interact with our Services, including session duration, features used, pages visited, and timestamps.

C. Information from Third-Party Services
Authentication Providers. When you sign in using a third-party authentication provider, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile photo. We do not access other data from your account with that provider unless explicitly stated.

- Analyze aggregated, de-identified usage data to understand how the Services are used, fix bugs, and improve the Services. This aggregated data cannot identify any individual user.

We use third-party service providers to operate Speak2Me in the following categories:
- Voice processing (speech-to-text, text-to-speech, emotion detection)
- AI language models for generating responses
- Embedding generation for semantic search
- Database hosting and storage
- Background job processing

- Hosting and deployment
- Payment processing
Your data is shared with these providers only as necessary to perform their specific function. We do not share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing, advertising, or model training purposes.

Disclaimer of Liability
Speak2Me is provided "as is." While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we are not liable for:
- Any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party service failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses. Speak2Me is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
- Any actions you take based on information provided by the Services.
- Data processing performed by third-party service providers, which is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
